We want every homeowner who reaches Centersinstant Septic to get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own quotes, pricing, work, and customer service. If you have trouble with work on your septic system, sewer line, or plumbing, first raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.

Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Note that Centersinstant Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund payment for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@centersinstant.garden and include:

• Your name and how to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Send It

First, we will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Next, we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may also be able to help.
